Leo Kiely

Mr. Kiely's hands-on management style and keen knowledge of the beverage business was apparent from the time he joined the Adolph Coors Company in 1993. In his current role as president and chief executive officer of Molson Coors Brewing Company, Mr. Kiely remains as engaged as ever in charting the company's direction. He has guided the company through major transitions in recent years, including the Adolph Coors Company & Molson Inc. merger in 2005, and the acquisition of what is now Coors Brewers Limited in the U.K. His experience includes serving as chief executive officer of Coors Brewing prior to the 2005 merger and as president and chief operating officer of Coors Brewing from 1993 to 2000. Previously, he held executive management and marketing positions with Frito-Lay Inc., a subsidiary of PepsiCo, as well as Ventura Costal Corp., a division of Seven-Up.
