Good corporate governance is the responsibility of our board of directors, senior executive team and employees, all of whom are bound by our Code of Business Conduct. This Code incorporates best practices as they relate to our business, and complies with the requirements of the New York Stock Exchange and Securities & Exchange Commission.

Our corporate governance practices are also guided by our Board of Directors Charter and Corporate Governance Guidelines, Board committee charters, our bylaws and certificate of incorporation.
