Sharp's Brewery

Sharp’s Brewery was founded in Rock, Cornwall UK in 1994 by Bill Sharp, and began its life as a microbrewery. It has been owned by Molson Coors since 2011 and whilst remaining on its original site it has seen sizable investment to expand its operations and improve efficiency.

Fun Facts:

• Doom Bar, Sharp’s flagship beer, is named after the notoriously dangerous Doom Bar sandbank at the mouth of the Camel Estuary in north Cornwall.
• Since 2015, Sharp’s Brewery has contributed over £30k to support Cornish beaches becoming recognised as among the best in the world; funding applications for the prestigious Blue Flag and Seaside awards. Since its founding, the Sharp’s team have completed multiple beach cleans and litter picking walks in their local area.
