SMS Terms & Conditions – US Policy

Please read these SMS Terms & Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) carefully. By enrolling or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from or on behalf of Molson Coors, you agree to these SMS Terms, as well as Molson Coors' Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated here by reference, considered a part of these SMS Terms, and include a mandatory arbitration provision (which requires that disputes are resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual, not a class-wide basis), grants us certain rights and licenses, provides us certain indemnities, waives certain of your rights and remedies, and limits our liability and obligations to you. To the extent of any inconsistency, the SMS Terms in this document will apply to our text messaging programs. Please also review our Privacy Policy. For purposes of these SMS Terms, “Molson Coors,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us” shall mean Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC and any of its subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliates.

  1. Opting into text messages

    By opting into any Molson Coors text program, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial or pre-recorded voice, by or on behalf of Molson Coors, at the phone number you provide us. By signing up to participate in our text message programs, you agree to receive recurring marketing and transactional text messages at that phone number, including but not limited to offers, deals, updates, sweepstakes, and promotional entries. You may also choose to sign up for other text messaging programs, for example regarding a special promotion. Those programs may be one-time text programs or programs of limited duration.

    To opt-in to receive text messages from a Molson Coors text messaging program(s), please follow the instructions provided by Molson Coors, which may include texting a message to a short code, providing us with your phone number online at our website or mobile app, or otherwise providing your consent. You may need to confirm your consent, such as by replying “Y” or through another designated response to an initial text message sent to you. To enroll in our text message programs, you must be the mobile account holder, a resident of the United States, and twenty-one (21) years of age or older. You may need to confirm your age by providing your date of birth in response to a text message sent to you. Your consent to text messages will apply to the specific brands to which you consent to receive text messages from.

    Please note we may not be able to deliver messages to all mobile carriers. If your mobile operator is not participating, you will not receive a reply to your messages. Some operators may not support some services (e.g., pre-paid users may not be able to participate). Check with your carrier to confirm. Molson Coors and mobile carriers are not responsible or liable for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages. Not all mobile devices may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas.

    Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or obtaining a sweepstakes entry. Messages may be in SMS, MMS, or RCS format. Message frequency may vary.

  2. How to opt out and get help

    To stop receiving text messages from Molson Coors, you agree to reply STOP to the number sending the message. After replying STOP, you may receive one final text message confirming that you have opted out.

    If you opt out of one Molson Coors text messaging program, you will remain opted into other Molson Coors text messaging programs (if applicable) unless you opt out of those programs separately.

  3. Message and data rates

    Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from or on behalf of Molson Coors, and messages you send to us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

  4. Elegibility and change in phone

    By opting into Molson Coors' text messaging program(s) or by otherwise providing your cell phone number to Molson Coors, you warrant that you are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. You further warrant that you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you have provided. You agree that you will not initiate messages to the mobile phone of any other person or entity without authorization. If you intend to or do change, forfeit, or deactivate the phone number you have provided to Molson Coors, you agree to promptly notify Molson Coors by contacting 800-645-5376 or reply STOP to the applicable short code.

    Molson Coors may transition from one short code or telephone number to another, and you consent to receive messages from the new short code or number.

  5. Changes to the SMS terms

    These SMS Terms may be revised, modified, or amended by Molson Coors at any time without prior notice and any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when posted to our website. By continuing to be enrolled in any Molson Coors promotional text messaging program, or by providing your cell phone number for transactional, operational, or informational text messages, you agree to any changes. We may also notify you by other means, such as sending a text message to the number you used to sign-up for our text message program(s) or using other contact information we may have.
