Raspberry Beer-ito
Perfect for sipping, this Coors Light® take on a tropical mojito is fruity and refreshing.

Main Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries, divided
- 2 tbsp packed fresh mint leaves
- 4 lime slices, divided
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 oz (2 tbsp) spiced rum
- Ice cubes
- 6 oz (3/4 cup) Coors Light®
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
Instructions
Step 1
Reserve 6 raspberries; set aside. Divide remaining raspberries, mint leaves, 2 lime slices and sugar between 2 highball glasses; muddle until berries and mint are crushed, and sugar is dissolved.
Step 2
Stir in rum. Fill glasses with ice; top with Coors Light®.
Step 3
Garnish with mint sprigs, reserved raspberries and remaining lime slices.
Tip:
Substitute an equal amount of chopped strawberries for raspberries, if preferred.
