SPICY MANGO SALSA

PAIR THIS DELICIOUS DIP WITH TOPO CHICO™ HARD SELTZER AND ON THE BORDER CANTINA THINS

 

INGREDIENTS

2 cups diced pineapple  
1 cup diced mango 
1 red bell pepper, diced  
1 ripe avocado, chopped 
1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced 
1/4  cup diced red onion  
1/4 cup fresh lime juice 
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 
1 teaspoon  brown sugar 
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 
1/2 teaspoon chili powder 
Tortilla chips, for serving 

 

In a bowl, combine pineapple, mango, red pepper, avocado, jalapeño and red onion. Stir in lime juice, cilantro, brown sugar, salt and chili powder. 


Transfer salsa to serving dish. Serve with tortilla chips and chilled Topo Chico Exotic Pineapple.
