Our Early Talent

Our apprentices and graduates are placed across our business in Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, HR and Sales. Employing early talent enables us to tap into the potential of a new generation of people with tech savviness, who are entrepreneurial in nature and who embrace innovation. Our inclusive culture becomes richer, with diverse teams bringing new perspectives and sharing insights. They are our future talent.

For more than two centuries we have been brewing beverages that unite people to celebrate all life’s moments. We have several operational sites in Western Europe. From small craft breweries to large-scale breweries, each of our facilities put quality and safety above all else. Our world-class operational teams exert the utmost care into the production of our beverages.

Our Sales teams

Our Sales teams promote Molson Coors as the supplier of choice to our customers far and wide and deliver exceptional customer service. Working across venues like bars, nightclubs and restaurants to shops like supermarkets and convenience stores, they are instrumental in the success of our brands.

Wellbeing

We’ve always recognised how important wellbeing, both physical and mental, is for everyone who works here. From specialized menopause support, financial health education, to a team of trained wellbeing allies and mental health first aiders, the wellbeing of our people is of upmost importance so they can thrive at work.

Equal Parental Leave

Our Putting People First value means we’re committed to inclusive and equitable ways of working for everyone. We believe a parental leave policy shouldn’t discriminate between primary and secondary carers and for us that means maternity and paternity leave should be equal. In the UK and Ireland, we’ve introduced an Equal Paid Parental Leave Policy which entitles both parents to 52 weeks of leave, of which 26 weeks will be paid in full (UK statutory maternity pay will continue from weeks 26-52). This paid leave is irrespective of their gender.
